Excellent product - did exactly what I wanted it to, which was identify quickly the culprits on our network that were using all the disk space!

Made hard drive clean-up easier Folder Size was a useful product for helping me clear out old and unwanted files from my hard drive. The ability to clearly show the total size of a folder and all of its subfolders helped me quickly identify where there was substantial bloat, the bolding of the two largest folders within each also sped this process. My quarterly disk cleanup got about 6 gigs of files I would otherwise have missed because I did not know that Vista placed files there.

nearly perfect fo my needs Needed to rationalise my backup arrangements (you do eventually run out of space!) and found the Folder Size a useful tool in planning and arranging a revised organisation. Would appreciate the option to "update all" to review impact of changes made without having to close, re-open and access all the drives again. The printout option is very useful, as is the function to review "newest, oldest, etc".

i was looking for a tool that would split a *.m4b file (ipod audiobook), your tool seamed to create the split files just fine, but none of the files would then play. so I guess your program cannot split this kind of file.

I really like the program, and it is very fast. The only problem I had that keeps me from purchasing it, is when I split a large .mp4 file into several parts, only the first two files were viable. Any tips on what to do to have all files remain usable? I really do think it's an awesome program and the price is excellent.Tammy Kirkland

ease of use Hi FolksIs there a way to get it to work with the mouse right click tool bar? In other words can you select a file in Windows Explorer or My Computer with left mouse click and see Split it as an option with right mouse click? Important feature to be added In this Split It, there are so many features but, the main thing is to split a video file according to particular start and end time which is missing. It is splitting into equal parts which can be an option but for most usage the time frame splitting is more useful. And, regarding command line options also one of the most needed one which is not there. Please consider these issues.

The app window is deceiving in Vista, but using file-explorer to inspect the results, indicated the program worked fine.At first it seemed not to work because Vista Premium said it was not responding in the window’s title bar.I had a 11G file that I wanted on DVD+R plastic. I was willing to span multiple plastic disks, but my Roxio writer software could not automatically split the file. The application does not support the type of files I was wanted to split, specifically video MPEG files.

I've tried loads of these duplicate eliminators and few work properly. At first I thought this was going to be ok but its a pain because I have to specify all the paths to exclude (many). Like so many other Windows apps, the user interface is at first sight feature-rich but subsequently found to be ergonomically flawed.

I successfully dowloaded Duplicate Radar. I selected my 250 gig C drive and tried to run the program. Unfortunately it has now crashed three times prior to completion of analysis at +/- the 75 % point. I am running Vista ultimate and office 2007 enterprise. Since downloading, I have not been able to successfully run the progrem. Any suggestions why this is happening?

It worked fine until the end, when it was time to delete the selected files--then nothing happened. I run a Vista Home Premium, 64. The same had happened to me with another free program--does everything it is supposed to do except delete the duplicate (and triplicate, etc) files! Do you think it might be the Vista, or did I miss pushing some critical button? I cannot give an overall rating because it did not work for me. Sorry! Thanks for the opportunity to try your program.

Works OK, but would be really nice if you could drag and drop image files from windows explorer right into the file window.
